New windows,
sealed and square.
We answer the phone, show up when we said, and finish what we start. Apparently that's a differentiator now.
A window is only
as good as its install.
Any company can sell you a good window. Whether it leaks air, sticks, or lets water into your wall in three years comes down entirely to how it's installed. That's the part we obsess over.
Flashed and sealed right.
Proper flashing and air sealing around every opening so water sheds outward and conditioned air stays in. A great window installed wrong is a future water-damage claim.
Square, and it operates.
Windows set plumb and square so they open, close, and lock the way they should, for years, not just on install day. We don't shim it close enough and move on.
Honest about what you need.
Sometimes you need all of them; sometimes a few are the real problem. We'll tell you the difference instead of quoting a whole-house package by reflex.

The questions
everybody actually asks.
-
01
“Will new windows really lower my energy bill?”
They help, especially replacing old single-pane or failed double-pane units, but the seal and install matter as much as the glass. We won't promise a specific dollar figure; anyone who does is guessing.
-
02
“Full-frame or insert replacement, what do I need?”
Depends on the condition of the existing frames. If they're sound, an insert is cleaner and cheaper; if there's rot or water damage, full-frame is the honest call. We'll show you what we find.
-
03
“Do you fix the trim and paint after?”
Yes. Because we're a full remodeler, interior and exterior trim, casing, and paint are part of the job, you're not left with a raw opening and a number for someone else.
-
04
“How do I know the price won't change?”
A written number per the window count and type. The one variable is hidden rot we can't see until the old unit is out, and if we find it, you hear the cost before we proceed.
-
05
“Who's doing the work?”
Trades we've worked with for years, vetted and supervised by M22 from start to finish.
The people who'll
be in your home.
You're not handing your house to whoever was free that week. You meet the M22 team, and the same vetted faces run your project from the first walkthrough to the last.
