Outdoor living,
minus the mosquitoes.
We answer the phone, show up when we said, and finish what we start. Apparently that's a differentiator now.
Built to use
most of the year.
Carolina has the weather for outdoor living and the bugs to ruin it. A screened porch or sunroom is the fix, if it's built as real structure tied into the house, not a kit bolted to the slab.
Tied into the house right.
Roofline and structure connected cleanly to your home so it sheds water and looks original, not a lean-to with a mismatched roof clinging to the back wall.
Screened or glazed for the season.
Screened for breezy three-season use, or glazed and conditioned to push it closer to year-round. We'll help you pick based on how you actually want to use it.
One number, one team.
Foundation, framing, roof, screening or windows, electrical for fans and lights, and finishes, sequenced and supervised by M22 on one written scope.

The questions
everybody actually asks.
-
01
“Screened porch or sunroom, what's the difference?”
A screened porch is open-air with screen, great for three seasons. A sunroom is glazed and can be heated and cooled for closer to year-round use. Sunrooms cost more; we'll match it to how you'll actually use the space.
-
02
“Can you screen in my existing porch or deck?”
Often yes, if the structure and roof are sound. We'll check the framing and footings first, screening in a deck that wasn't built to carry a roof is where these go wrong.
-
03
“Will it match my house?”
That's the goal, roofline, columns, and finishes tied to your existing home so it reads as part of the house, not an add-on.
-
04
“Do I need a permit?”
Usually, since it's structural and often roofed. We pull the permit and handle inspection so it's done right and counts at resale.
-
05
“Who's doing the work?”
Trades we've worked with for years, vetted and supervised by M22 from footing to finish.
The people who'll
be in your home.
You're not handing your house to whoever was free that week. You meet the M22 team, and the same vetted faces run your project from the first walkthrough to the last.
