We tell you whether you need a full replacement or just a repair. If a few flashings and a repair buy you five more years, we'll say so, we're not paid to sell you a roof you don't need yet.

A proper tear-off, decking checked and repaired where it's soft, new underlayment, flashing, and ventilation, not just shingles thrown over the old ones. The parts under the shingles are what keep water out.

Hail and wind damage is real and so are the claims. We document it straight and coordinate with your adjuster, without the inflated-claim games the storm-chasers run.

“Do I actually need a full replacement, or just a repair?”
Depends on the roof, age, the number of leaks, and how the decking looks underneath. We'll tell you honestly. If a targeted repair gets you several more good years, that's what we'll recommend.

“A storm-chaser knocked and said my roof is totaled. Is it?”
Maybe, maybe not, that's exactly the pitch to be skeptical of. We'll do our own honest inspection and document real damage. If it's a legit claim we'll back it; if it isn't, we'll tell you that too.

“Do you handle the insurance claim?”
We document the damage clearly and coordinate with your adjuster on the scope. We work for you, not the carrier, and we won't pad a claim, that's fraud and it comes back on you.

“How long does a roof replacement take?”
Most homes are a tear-off and re-roof inside a day or two of active work once we start and the weather cooperates, depending on size and complexity. You'll get a real date, not a vague window.

“What about the mess, nails in my yard?”
We protect landscaping, tarp off, and run a magnet over the yard and driveway at the end. Stray roofing nails in the grass is exactly the kind of thing that lands in a bad review, so we take it seriously.
