Floors that
lie flat and last.
We answer the phone, show up when we said, and finish what we start. Apparently that's a differentiator now.
The floor is only
as good as the subfloor.
Squeaks, gaps, lifting planks, cracked grout lines, almost all of it traces back to what was under the floor, not the floor itself. We prep the subfloor like it matters, because it does.
Subfloor prepped right.
We level, secure, and prep the subfloor before a single plank or tile goes down. Skip this and even premium flooring telegraphs every dip and squeak underneath.
Clean transitions.
Thresholds, transitions between rooms, and trim handled cleanly so the floor looks finished at every doorway, not capped with a mismatched strip as an afterthought.
Honest about the material.
Hardwood, LVP, or tile, each has a place. We'll tell you what holds up in a busy kitchen, a damp basement, or a house full of dogs, instead of selling you the wrong product for the room.

The questions
everybody actually asks.
-
01
“Hardwood, LVP, or tile, what should I get?”
Depends on the room and how you live. LVP is tough and water-resistant for kitchens, basements, and pets; hardwood is the premium look for living spaces; tile rules wet areas. We'll match the product to the room honestly.
-
02
“Can you install over my existing floor?”
Sometimes, depending on what's there and what's going down. Often the cleaner, longer-lasting result is to pull the old floor and prep the subfloor. We'll tell you which one your situation calls for.
-
03
“Why do floors squeak or lift later?”
Almost always subfloor prep, an unlevel or unsecured subfloor, or flooring installed without the right gap or underlayment. Getting that right up front is exactly what separates a floor that lasts from one that doesn't.
-
04
“How do I know the price won't change?”
A written number based on square footage and material. The variable is subfloor condition we can't fully see until the old floor's up, and you'll hear any added cost before we proceed.
-
05
“Who's doing the work?”
Trades we've worked with for years, vetted and supervised by M22.
The people who'll
be in your home.
You're not handing your house to whoever was free that week. You meet the M22 team, and the same vetted faces run your project from the first walkthrough to the last.
