Paint that holds,
lines that are clean.
We answer the phone, show up when we said, and finish what we start. Apparently that's a differentiator now.
Paint is
90% prep.
Anyone can roll a wall. Whether it peels, flashes, or shows every old crack a year later comes down to prep, patching, caulking, priming, and the part nobody likes doing. We do it.
Prepped before primed.
Patching, sanding, caulking, and priming before a finish coat goes on. The prep is what makes the difference between a paint job that lasts and one that looks tired by next summer.
Clean lines and edges.
Crisp cut-ins at ceilings, trim, and corners, with surfaces and floors protected. The details at the edges are where a rushed job gives itself away.
Exterior done for the weather.
On exteriors we deal with the failing caulk, bare wood, and moisture first, then coat it for Carolina sun and humidity. Paint over a problem and the problem just paints right back through.

The questions
everybody actually asks.
-
01
“Do you do exterior painting too, or just interior?”
Both. Exteriors need more prep: scraping, priming bare wood, sealing gaps, and the right product for sun and humidity. We handle that rather than just spraying over it.
-
02
“Can you paint my cabinets instead of replacing them?”
Often yes, and it's a fraction of new cabinets if the boxes are solid. Properly prepped and sprayed cabinet finishes hold up well. We'll tell you honestly whether yours are worth painting or worth replacing.
-
03
“Will you fix the cracks and holes first?”
Yes, patching, caulking, and minor drywall repair are part of the prep. Painting over cracks just frames them. If there's a bigger drywall or moisture issue, we'll flag it before we paint.
-
04
“How do I know the price is fair?”
A written number by scope and square footage, including the prep. A suspiciously cheap paint quote almost always means the prep is getting skipped.
-
05
“Who's doing the work?”
Painters we've worked with for years, vetted and supervised by M22.
The people who'll
be in your home.
You're not handing your house to whoever was free that week. You meet the M22 team, and the same vetted faces run your project from the first walkthrough to the last.
