Concrete that
drains and lasts.
We answer the phone, show up when we said, and finish what we start. Apparently that's a differentiator now.
It's the base,
not the pour.
Cracked, heaved, puddling concrete almost always comes from what's underneath and which way the water runs, not the concrete itself. We get the base and the grading right before anyone pours.
Prepped and compacted.
A properly graded, compacted base and the right reinforcement before the pour. Skip it and you get the cracked, sunken slab you're probably trying to replace right now.
Graded to drain.
Slabs and patios pitched so water runs away from your house and off the surface, not pooling at the back door or against the foundation.
Part of the bigger picture.
As a full remodeler, we tie patios, walkways, and steps into the house and landscape as one project, not a slab dropped in isolation by a pour-only crew.

The questions
everybody actually asks.
-
01
“Why did my old concrete crack and sink?”
Usually a poor base that wasn't compacted, had the wrong fill, or had no drainage, so the ground moved and the slab went with it. Some hairline cracking is normal in any concrete; the structural stuff comes from the base.
-
02
“Can you do stamped or finished concrete?”
Yes, broom, stamped, and finished options for patios and walkways. We'll talk through looks and cost honestly so you're not paying for a finish that won't wear well where you're putting it.
-
03
“Driveways too, or just patios?”
Both, plus walkways, steps, and slabs. Driveways need a thicker section and base to carry vehicle loads, and we spec for that rather than pouring everything the same.
-
04
“How do I know the price won't change?”
A written number by square footage, thickness, and finish. The base prep is in the number, not a surprise add-on once they've broken ground.
-
05
“Who's doing the work?”
Trades we've worked with for years, vetted and supervised by M22.
The people who'll
be in your home.
You're not handing your house to whoever was free that week. You meet the M22 team, and the same vetted faces run your project from the first walkthrough to the last.
