New siding,
dry wall behind it.
We answer the phone, show up when we said, and finish what we start. Apparently that's a differentiator now.
The siding is
the easy part.
Siding is the visible 20%. The house wrap, flashing, and any rot underneath is the 80% that decides whether your walls stay dry. We don't cover up problems, we fix them first.
We fix the rot, not hide it.
When the old siding comes off, we find and repair soft sheathing and framing before the new siding goes on. Cladding over rot just dresses up a problem that keeps growing.
Wrapped and flashed properly.
House wrap and flashing at every window, door, and penetration so water sheds out and away. This is the layer that fails silently on a rushed job.
Material that fits the house.
Fiber cement, engineered wood, or vinyl, we'll talk through cost, durability, and look honestly instead of pushing whatever we stock. Carolina humidity is hard on cheap siding.

The questions
everybody actually asks.
-
01
“Should I go fiber cement or vinyl?”
Fiber cement (like Hardie) lasts longer and looks higher-end but costs more; quality vinyl is cheaper and lower-maintenance. We'll lay out the real trade-offs for your house and budget rather than steer you to one.
-
02
“What if there's rot under my old siding?”
We expect to find some on older homes and we'll show you what's there. Repairing sheathing and framing is part of doing it right, and you'll hear the cost before we proceed, not after.
-
03
“Can you just repair a section instead of the whole house?”
If the damage is localized, yes. We'll match as closely as the existing material allows and tell you honestly when a repair will look like a patch versus blend in.
-
04
“How do I know the price won't balloon?”
A written scope up front. The one real variable is hidden rot behind the old siding, flagged as a possibility at estimate, priced and approved before we touch it if we find it.
-
05
“Who's doing the work?”
Trades we've worked with for years, vetted and supervised by M22 from tear-off to trim.
The people who'll
be in your home.
You're not handing your house to whoever was free that week. You meet the M22 team, and the same vetted faces run your project from the first walkthrough to the last.
