Add the room
you actually need.
We answer the phone, show up when we said, and finish what we start. Apparently that's a differentiator now.
Proof, not
promises.
An addition that looks
like it was always there.
The tell of a bad addition is that it looks bolted on, different roofline, mismatched floors, a step where there shouldn't be one. We tie new space into the old so it reads as one house.
Tied in seamlessly.
Rooflines, floor heights, siding, and trim matched to your existing home so the addition disappears into it. The goal is that nobody can tell where the old house ends.
Engineered and permitted.
Additions touch the foundation, framing, and often the roof, that means real structural work, engineering, and permits. We handle the drawings, the county, and the inspections.
One number, one team.
Foundation, framing, roof, windows, electrical, HVAC, and finishes, sequenced and supervised by M22 so your house isn't open to the weather a day longer than it needs to be.

The questions
everybody actually asks.
-
01
“How do you keep my house weather-tight during the build?”
We sequence the work so the new structure is dried-in before we open up the connection to your existing house. You won't have a tarp where a wall used to be for a month.
-
02
“Do I need an architect or engineer?”
Most additions need at least structural drawings, and some need an architect. We can work with yours or bring in ours, and we coordinate the engineering so the load paths are right.
-
03
“Will the addition match my existing house?”
That's the whole point. We match rooflines, siding, brick, floor heights, and trim as closely as the existing materials allow, and tell you honestly where an exact match isn't possible.
-
04
“How do I know the price won't balloon?”
A written scope before we start. Additions have fewer hidden surprises than remodels since much of it is new build, but where we tie into the old house, anything unexpected gets priced and approved before we proceed.
-
05
“Who's doing the work?”
Trades we've worked with for years, vetted and supervised by M22 from foundation to finish.
The people who'll
be in your home.
You're not handing your house to whoever was free that week. You meet the M22 team, and the same vetted faces run your project from the first walkthrough to the last.
