“How do I know it won't lean or sag?”
Post depth and footing. We set posts below the frost line and properly footed so they don't heave or lean, which is the single most common reason a fence fails early.

“Wood, vinyl, or aluminum?”
Wood is classic and cheaper but needs upkeep; vinyl is low-maintenance privacy; aluminum is clean-looking for pools and slopes. We'll match it to your goal, whether that's privacy, pets, or looks, and to your budget.

“Do you check the property line?”
Yes. We confirm the line and layout before building. If there's any question, we'll flag a survey, a fence on the wrong line is an expensive, neighbor-souring mistake.

“Do I need a permit or HOA approval?”
Sometimes a permit, and often HOA approval in Charlotte-area neighborhoods. We'll tell you what applies; HOA sign-off is on you, but we'll give you what you need to submit.
