Tiled showers
that don't leak.
We answer the phone, show up when we said, and finish what we start. Apparently that's a differentiator now.
Proof, not
promises.
The waterproofing
is the whole job.
A tiled shower lives or dies on the layer you never see. Tile over the wrong substrate, with no real waterproofing, leaks into the wall and rots the framing, the most common bathroom failure there is. We build the system, then the tile.
A real waterproofing system.
A proper bonded or membrane waterproofing system behind and beneath the tile, not greenboard and grout. This is the difference between a shower that lasts decades and one that rots the wall in a few years.
Sloped and drained right.
Shower floors built to slope correctly to the drain so water leaves instead of pooling. Get the pre-slope wrong and no amount of nice tile saves it.
Set clean, lines true.
Layout planned so cuts land in the right places, lines stay true, and niches and benches look intentional, not improvised mid-wall.

The questions
everybody actually asks.
-
01
“Why do tiled showers leak?”
Almost always missing or failed waterproofing behind the tile, or a floor that wasn't sloped right. Tile and grout are not waterproof on their own. We build the waterproofing system first, that's where these jobs are won or lost.
-
02
“Can you do a curbless or walk-in shower?”
Yes. Curbless showers need careful slope and waterproofing to work without leaking, which is exactly the part we build for. They're also great for accessibility if that's a goal.
-
03
“Can you just regrout or do I need a rebuild?”
If the waterproofing underneath is intact and it's only surface grout failing, a regrout can buy time. If water's already gotten behind the tile, regrouting just hides it, we'll tell you straight which one you've got.
-
04
“How do I know the price won't change?”
A written scope up front. The variable is what we find behind old tile, if there's rot or a failed pan, you hear the cost and options before we proceed.
-
05
“Who's doing the work?”
Tile setters we've worked with for years, vetted and supervised by M22, and serious about waterproofing, not winging it.
The people who'll
be in your home.
You're not handing your house to whoever was free that week. You meet the M22 team, and the same vetted faces run your project from the first walkthrough to the last.
