Damage happens.
We rebuild it right.
We answer the phone, show up when we said, and finish what we start. Apparently that's a differentiator now.
Proof, not
promises.
A rebuild, not
a patch job.
After water or fire, the fast money is in a cosmetic patch that hides the damage. We'd rather fix the cause and rebuild it so the same wall isn't soft again next year.
We document the real scope.
Damage spreads further than it looks. We document the full extent so the estimate reflects what the job actually needs, which helps you get a fair scope approved instead of a partial one.
We work with your adjuster.
We speak the same language as the insurance scope and coordinate directly with your adjuster on the rebuild. You're not stuck translating between a contractor and a claim.
Fixed at the source.
We address what caused the damage before we close it up. A repaint over a leak just buys you the same problem next season, restoration means the wall is actually dry and sound underneath.

actually runs.

The questions
everybody actually asks.
-
01
“Do you work directly with my insurance company?”
We coordinate with your adjuster on the rebuild scope and documentation. To be clear, we work for you, not the carrier, our job is to rebuild it right and back up what the job genuinely requires.
-
02
“Can you handle both the demo/dry-out and the rebuild?”
We focus on the rebuild and finish work, and coordinate with mitigation if the property still needs to be dried out or made safe first. We'll tell you the right order so you're not rebuilding over a wet subfloor.
-
03
“What kinds of damage do you restore?”
Water, fire, smoke, and storm damage rebuilds, structural repair, drywall, flooring, kitchens, baths, and full interiors. If it's beyond a repair and into a rebuild, that's our lane.
-
04
“Will the estimate match what insurance pays?”
We build an honest scope for the actual damage and document it so it can be justified to the adjuster. Coverage is between you and your carrier, but a well-documented scope is your best leverage for a fair approval.
-
05
“Who's doing the work?”
Trades we've worked with for years, vetted and supervised by M22 from demo coordination through final finishes.
The people who'll
be in your home.
You're not handing your house to whoever was free that week. You meet the M22 team, and the same vetted faces run your project from the first walkthrough to the last.
