A grab bar is only as good as what's behind it. We put solid blocking in the walls so bars hold real weight, where they're needed, not just where the tile happened to line up.

“Can you make a shower wheelchair-accessible?”
Yes. Curbless, roll-in showers with the right slope, a fold-down bench, and a handheld are standard for us. We build the waterproofing and drainage to handle a curbless entry, which is where these go wrong if rushed.

“Will grab bars actually hold if someone falls?”
They will if there's blocking behind them, which is exactly what most retrofit jobs skip. We open the wall and add solid backing so bars carry real weight where you need them.

“Can you widen doorways for a walker or wheelchair?”
Usually yes. We'll check whether the wall is load-bearing and what's inside it, then widen and re-trim cleanly. Same for zero-step entries and threshold transitions.

“Does this have to look like a medical facility?”
No, and it shouldn't. The hardware available now is genuinely good-looking. We design accessibility into the finishes so it looks like a remodel, not a retrofit.
