You get a written scope before anything starts, including the work the job actually needs. If we open a wall and find something nobody could have seen, you hear about it before we touch it: what it is, what it costs, what your options are.

“Is my project too small for you, or too big?”
Most interior and whole-room remodels are right in our lane. Truly small repairs are better suited to M22 Home Services, and ground-up custom homes go to M22 Builders, and we'll point you to the right one rather than overcharge you for the wrong fit.

No. You get a real start date and weekly updates the whole way through. You'll always know what got done this week and what's next, without chasing us for it.
